Product previews illustrate workflows and may contain example figures. Your account and access windows come from recorded Website data. A preview is not a report of your business activity.
What we collect here
Contact messages and access requests are stored so the owner can respond. Assistant questions and answers are recorded anonymously for one year. If you choose to attach a conversation when contacting us, it becomes linked to your enquiry and can be exported or anonymized with your contact details. Questions are sent to our configured managed AI provider to generate a grounded answer.
Your consent decision is stored in this browser and a preference cookie. You can change it below. Sign-in adds a protected session cookie: visitor sessions expire after seven days or 24 hours unused; owner sessions expire after twelve hours or one hour unused. Sign-out, password changes and suspension also invalidate sessions.
For data export or erasure, contact the owner. We remove contact details and personal text while retaining anonymized records of access decisions and delivery outcomes under the declared retention schedule.
No analytics, no third-party tags, no advertising pixels and no session recording are loaded on any page of this site.
Access and gated environments
Access to a live environment is by invitation, not self-service. It is granted by the owner, scoped per person, time-boxed in days, and revocable server-side in under thirty seconds.
Sign-in, account and activation are served by this site. A live-environment session is opened only against a grant that is in force at the moment you open it.
